Modernization of elevator for school. The project includes replacing and upgrading critical components to ensure compliance with safety standards, improve reliability, and enhance user satisfaction.

Caroline County

Provide comprehensive replacement/modernization of existing elevator systems. Remove the existing controller and replace it with a new non-proprietary controller. All components used in the controllers must be standard industrial electronic components that assure the highest reliability, lowest cost, and ready availability in the marketplace, resulting in lower cost of maintenance and minimal downtime for building owners. Remove the existing wiring and replace it with new as follows: new traveling cable to extend from inside the elevator cab to the machine room. New wiring throughout the hoistway. Provide new submersible pumping unit, motor and oil. See outside link.
