Financial Advisory Services (Requests for Qualifications)

Financial Advisor shall be contracted with the District for the entire year on an as needed basis. Tasks will include, but not be limited to, analyzing financial information for cost/benefit and time value purposes, assisting the district with conducting bids for leases, bonds and/or other financial debt instruments, filing necessary reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and/or other state and federal agencies and coordinating with the Districts’ bond counsel and/or other contracted counsel on various financial issues. In addition, the District will be engaging in various design-build bid specifications for use of its land to outside organizations via agreements. The Financial Advisor will be asked to coordinate with other contracted professionals that will be preparing and analyzing design-build bids on behalf of the District such that bids are designed and analyzed for the best possible financial impact to the district.
