Exterior Door Replacement - Phase 2

Project A: Replacement of an exterior automatic door to include power-assist door openers. Project B: Installation of an electronic locking security system for two internal doors that is remotely accessible by clerical staff.

Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service

Provide multi phase door replacement. The purpose of this project is to replace/upgrade 67 doors and/or door components throughout the Pine Ridge hospital that pose life safety, infection control, and security hazards.

Montgomery County

Repair, replace and maintain all roofing at the MCCF over the course of multiple years. At completion of the program, the total roof area addressed at the facility will be approx 316,000 SF. The Phase 2 project includes replacement of existing ballasted EPDM and adhered EPDM roofs with an adhered EPDM system across twelve roof areas at approx 60,470 SF. Collateral work associated with these roof areas includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of rooftop HVAC units, removal and replacement of a mechanical platform, the removal of abandoned rooftop equipment, infill of the deck openings and the addition of roof drains. Other work includes lightning protection, masonry repointing and the replacement of masonry control joints.
