Environmental Consulting Services - Permitting (Request for Qualification)

Provide a variety of professional services. The selected consulting firms may assist in performing environmental review on projects, including, but not limited to, policies, ordinances, zoning updates, tribal cultural resource evaluation and consultation, long-range plans, and identification and preparation of environmental permitting processes for various jurisdictions within the selected project area. The selected consulting firms will evaluate the feasibility, schedule, and requirements of environmental permitting for a specific project. The strategy will critically analyze a project to identify potential issues that may be encountered during environmental permitting. Jurisdictional delineations may be required, and project alternatives may be developed, analyzed, and documented as needed to assist in the permitting feasibility determination.
