Provide construction services for improvements to reservoir. nclude: Flood protection: control of storm water and nuisance flows. Materials testing, quality assurance and submittals allowance. Temporary Pollution Control: NPDES and SWPPP preparation and maintenance. Construction staking. Temporary construction fence. 4' Barbed Wire Fence to be placed along property line, incl. posts & hardware. Site clearing and grubbing. Remove trees, up to 75" circumference, contractor to leave for Las Acequias de Placitas. Remove and dispose existing railroad tie retaining wall. Remove and dispose existing water release valve, gates, outfall pipe and concrete pad. Any combination of cut/fill and/or balance and/or grading, no import or export of material at 95% compaction, Excavate and dispose of unsuitable material. Slope excavation and replacement at 95% compaction for placement of keyed stone wall. Excavation under length of embankment to sandstone base and 2 FT beyond perimeter of embankment per geotechnical report. Misc. Seeding: any disturbed area.
