Provide an advanced medical dictation and transcription system. The system must utilize cutting edge speech recognition, ambient listening, and artificial intelligence (ai) technologies, while integrating seamlessly with our existing epic electronic health record (ehr) environment. The primary objectives are to improve documentation accuracy, reduce turnaround times, increase clinician efficiency, and ensure full compliance with hipaa and healthcare data security standards.

Review of the existing emr platform, its functionality, interfaces, and integration points to the county's dental and pharmacy platforms, lab services platform, as well as connections to state and community partner platforms. Partner with regional and national public health agencies to evaluate and benchmark successful ehr implementations. This collaboration will inform our selection and optimization of ehr systems, ensuring alignment with best practices, interoperability standards, and public health goals.
