Electric Passenger Cart Services and Autonomous Mobility Solution Pilot

Exploring the use of electric, driver-operated passenger carts and autonomous or semi-autonomous mobility devices to mitigate walking distances for mobility challenged persons and raise the level of service throughout the airport. The airport issues this request for information (rfi) to seek information from any interested parties with experience operating electric passenger carts in public areas of airports, operation of autonomous or semi-autonomous passenger mobility devices in public areas of airports, or management of an autonomous or semi-autonomous passenger mobility device program in the public areas of airports. Ultimately, sfo contemplates seeking contract services for any of the following: (1) the operation of electric passenger carts, and (2) the management of an autonomous or semi-autonomous passenger mobility program.
