Cedar River Water And Sewer District
Replace existing diesel pump fire pump system with electrical vertical in-line booster pump (pump No. 3). Replace pump No. 1 and pump No. 2. Provide temp bypass pumping with backup power. Provide new mechanical piping, valves, flow meter, and water quality analyzer. Install an outdoor-rated 250 kW generator with sub-base diesel fuel tank. Upsize utility pole-mount transformers, secondary conductors, and conduit. Replace 200-amp rated electrical service and distribution equipment with 400-amp rated equipment. Install a VFD for new pump No. 3. Replace step-down transformer inside the building, pump No. 1 and pump No. 2 VFDs, and building overhead lights, outdoor lights, and site light.

Construction of the 0.72-mgd rockhill pump station, and the 0.40-mg awwa d100 welded steel ground storage reservoir, 2,592 SY of 8" thick reinforced concrete pavement, 1,318 LF of 12" waterline, along with necessary appurtenances to make the pump station and ground storage reservoir functional and operational.

Omaha Metropolitan Utilities District
Install the lakewood booster pump station and water mains. The new Lakewood Booster Pump Station will be a packaged pump station with the pumps and instruments included. Huffman Engineering will provide a new PLC pump control panel, PLC Programming, Citect Scada programming at Systems Control and onsite checkout and startup. A new Citect SCADA screen will be created at MUD Systems Control to allow for remote monitoring and control. The pump booster station will have 3 pumps, but one pump will be hardwired with local controls with no connection to the pump control panel and there will be no monitoring. Communication from the PLC to the 2 new Pump VFDs will be via Profibus.
