Dam powerhouse roof replacement. The scope of the work is to provide a durable waterproofing system for the dam powerhouse and ancillary roofs. This will be achieved by removing the existing roofing system in its entirety down to the structural roof decks, followed by the installation of a new fully adhered roofing assembly to include gypsum roof sheathing, a vapor retarder, polyisocyanurate foam roof insulation, cover board, and 90-mil EPDM membrane. A 2-year installer warranty and a 30-year manufacturer warranty are required.
