University of California-System Administration Central Office

Uc systemwide contract lifecycle management solution (CLM) and any product related services. The term of any Master Purchasing Agreement ("Agreement") awarded as a result of this RFP will commence upon execution of the Agreement and will be for a period of 5 years (the "Initial Term") with 5 optional one (1) year extensions] (the “Renewal Terms”), at the sole discretion of the UC, for a total of 10 years.
