DESIGN-BUILD - services for expansion of building.

City of Tacoma

To provide progressive design-build (pdb) services for tacoma power south service center improvements project. Work under this project includes design and construction of a new maintenance and storage building, new warehouse, new wash bay, new covered parking, new covered storage, site and traffic flow pattern improvements, and additional administrative and storage features. There are anticipated required site improvements needed as well, including site paving, Stormwater management, on-site septic and site security improvements.

City of New York

Provide design-build services for new 10,000 - 12,000 SF library. This project will include the demolition of the existing Annex and Building Connector, Design and Construction of a new Library building for adults, teens, and children.
