Cupertino High School New Music Building Project (RFQP)

Provide constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and construction services for the development and construction for the high school new music building project. This project aims to create state-of-the-art music and choir facility at High School to replace the existing one, which is too small and outdated for a modern music program. The project involves demolishing the existing 5,000 Sf music building and conducting surrounding site work. We plan to construct a new music building of approx. 10,000 SF, along with necessary pathways and site work. The design will focus on meeting acoustic separation requirements for different uses, including Band, Orchestra, and Choir. The new facility will feature storage and practice ensemble rooms, director offices, and primary classroom space for both Choir and Band. Additionally, it will include dedicated restroom facilities, fire sprinkler riser space, and music instrument storage. This project may also include repainting nearby buildings.
