Psychiatric center building 7 interior renovation & window replacement with associated asbestos abatement. The scope of work for Building 7 will include asbestos abatement, interior demolition, removal and replacement of existing windows and storefront, masonry repairs, interior construction, new interior finishes, finish carpentry, built-in casework, selective plumbing demolition, installation of new plumbing fixtures, domestic water piping distribution, complete bathroom and toilet room updates, fire protection system improvements, HVAC instrumentation and controls, electrical service and distribution, interior lighting, electrical connections to equipment, communication, security as well as fire alarm system improvements.

Provide facade restoration and associated asbestos abatement. The work for building 80 includes: repair concrete foundation walls, replace/reconstruct deteriorated brick masonry on exterior facades, repair/replace deteriorated stone units on exterior facades, repoint brick and stone mortar joints, flashing restoration at roof spandrel level around the building, replace deteriorated lintels at clerestory auditorium, install expansion joints at clerestory auditorium. Also included abatement of asbestos containing caulk around perimeter of the louvers at clerestory and removal of PCB containing caulk around the perimeter of the windows, doors, and bluestone panels.

Hostel #7198: Kitchens and bathrooms renovation and associated asbestos abatement. The scope work includes, but is not limited to the following: commercial kitchen interior renovation, including epoxy flooring, stainless steel appliances, electrical outlet relocation as required for proposed layout, quartz countertops with backsplash, solid wood kitchen cabinetry, lighting, and plumbing as required. Replacement of existing 2 compartment sink and drying rack, including a commercial pull down faucet. Replacement of existing residential suppression system with a commercial fire suppression system for a gas range with fire alarm tie in as required. Hostel #8686: Hazardous materials abatement for all walls and ceilings in bathrooms and kitchens. Interior renovation of first and second floor bathroom (2 total), including gypsum wall board, walk-in shower, cabinetry, porcelain tile flooring or epoxy flooring with new subfloor, tile walls, stainless steel ansi/ada grab bars, lighting, bathroom accessories and plumbing piping as required. Design of exhaust fans for each bathroom and kitchen range exhaust system (through-wall). Hostel #9066: Hazardous materials abatement for all walls and ceilings in bathrooms and kitchens. Interior renovation of first and second floor bathroom (2 total), including gypsum wall board, walk-in shower, cabinetry, porcelain tile flooring or epoxy flooring with new subfloor, tile walls, stainless steel ANSI/ADA grab bars, lighting, bathroom accessories and plumbing piping as required. Design of exhaust fans for each bathroom and kitchen range exhaust system (through-wall).
