Construction of New Echo Loder Elementary School *RE-BID*

Construction of new elementary school. Phased construction of a new approx 100,000 sf two (2)-story elementary school. Work includes, grading, paving, landscaping and irrigation, underground utilities, masonry, structural steel, plumbing, hvac and electrical, membrane roofing, architectural metal stud walls, insulation, aluminum framed windows, doors, frames and door hardware, casework, insulation, painting and flooring. The construction of a new playground shall be completed after the old school is demolished.
