Site preparation, grading, and gravel base placement - 4-inch concrete slab and 32 diameter x 48 pier footings - Pavilion: 38 x 60, Douglas Fir post and beam, 6 standard bents, 6/12 roof pitch, 12 tie beam height, 2 overhang, roof assembly with 30-year shingles - Electrical: 100A outdoor panel, trench for 1/0 wire, 4 duplex outlets, 4 wall packs - Water: supply to north and south ends of pavilion; site map will be provided - Alternate: seamless gutters (separate pricing)

A pre-built pavilion. The pavilion should be approx. 10' x 20' and open on four sides, and building components should consist of cedar or other natural, rot-resistant wood. The roof material can be shingle (asphalt or wood) or metal.
