Construction Management Services – Cache La Poudre Bridge Rehab Project (RFP)

City of Palm Springs

Work consists of widening the bridge from a 4-lane arterial to a 6-lane arterial, with three lanes in each direction. The project includes seismic retrofitting, installation of new bridge barriers, bridge supports within the channel, and the addition of a 5-foot sidewalk on the north side and a 10-foot-wide multipurpose trail with a physical barrier for bicyclists on the south side. Includes comprehensive construction management services for the Ramon road bridge at whitewater river project. This includes developing project staging and traffic control plans, implementing a quality assurance program (including materials testing and inspection), reviewing construction surveying, ensuring environmental compliance, and conducting public outreach.

City of Santa Barbara

The City of Santa Barbara seeks proposals for constructability review, construction management, labor compliance, acceptance testing, and monitoring/inspection services for the Carpinteria Street Bridge Replacement Project. The project replaces a structurally deficient timber bridge and includes utility relocations, concrete and roadway work, stormwater improvements, lighting, and riparian habitat protection, with proposals due December 4, 2025 at 3:00 PM PST.
