The project includes but is not limited to Construction Administration and observation services for the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) Project C - Dewatering and Disinfection Facilities.

The Work involves constructing Project B of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Site Improvements. Project B; construct Entrance Works Facility, including cast-inplace concrete channel structures equipped with cylindrical fine screen, manual bypass screen, Parshall flume, open channel isolation gates, down-opening weir gates, dual gravity grit channels, ventilation system equipped with biofilter for odor control. Entrance Works Building: CMU building with wood truss roof building, approx. 91’ x 21’ W x 17’ parapet height. Primary Lift Station: Install three 25 HP influent pumps in wet well, check valves and isolation valves in valve vault, jib crane, and controls equipment with variable frequency drives; construct new yard piping throughout the Project B.
