City of Maple Grove City Hall, BP #2

Project consists of renovation on three levels of the City Hall. The lower level will get new carpeting at limited areas. Level 1 will get new carpeting at limited areas, a reconfiguration of an existing space into a conference room with new door and windows and the refurbishing of two existing rooms into offices. Work will include new doors and hardware. Existing electrical and mechanical will be reworked to accommodate the new uses. Finishes will include paint, carpet and ACT ceilings.
