Work includes rooftop clock tower repair. Lower tower section: remove and replace siding/trim, tie into existing single ply membrane. Middle tower section: remove and replace all siding/trim. Remove and reinstall clocks. Remove and replace flatlock apron with fully soldered copper. Upper tower section: remove low slope flatlock roof with tpo membrane. Remove and replace damaged trim and railing.

City of Rochester

The City of Rochester, through its Architectural Services Division, is soliciting proposals for architectural engineering services for the low roof at City Hall. The project includes the design and construction administration to replace the existing roofing installed in 1993 and to install a minimum 20-year-warrantied roof system. Incidental roof drainage and through-wall flashing are to be investigated.
