CDBG Consultant (RFP)

CDBG Consultant services: Preparation of 2026 Annual Action Plan; Preparation of 2026 Consolidated Annual Performance Report (CAPER); Provision of Technical Assistance: Assistance with the completion of drawdowns through the IDIS System; Assistance with the preparation of Substantial Amendments to Annual Action Plans; Assistance with Project Activity Set-up in IDIS and data input on project accomplishments; Assistance with compliance with HUD Labor Standards regulations; Such other assistance as may be required in connection with the planning and administration of the Consolidated Plan program.
