Remove existing apartment units hvac equipment including thermostats, power wash existing exterior wood decks and railings top wood rail. Apply new weather-resistant sealant, paint all interior walls, ceilings, door/window trim and wood baseboard in shared spaces, remove and replace existing interior flooring in all public areas with either lvp or carpet tiles, remove and replace all existing toilets with new water-efficient model, including all necessary hardware and plumbing connections, remove and replace existing receptacles at laundry rooms with new gfci receptacles, including new face plates.
