The selected contractor will be responsible for sourcing, supplying, and delivering prescribed fire equipment to designated prescribed burn associations. The equipment provided should meet the operational needs for safe prescribed burn implementation and comply with all relevant standards. Procure and deliver prescribed burn equipment to specified associations. Ensure all equipment is new and meets the operational needs of the associations. Provide a detailed inventory and description of equipment delivered, including quantities, models, and compliance certifications. Coordinate with project representatives to schedule and confirm deliveries to association locations. Submit itemized invoices and delivery receipts for all equipment provided. Submission Requirements Respondents must include: Documentation of experience in procurement and delivery of equipment typically used by prescribed burn associations in Oklahoma. A proposed work plan outlining procurement, delivery, and communication processes. At least three references for comparable equipment delivery contracts. Organization or individual profile and relevant evidence of expertise and experience. Descriptions of similar work completed with examples. Key personnel qualifications and resumes. A brief work plan outlining your approach for the contract period. At least three client references. Proposed fee structure or cost estimate for the scope of services.
