Demolishing three existing buildings in the rear of the high school to allow for three new free- standing buildings. One building consists of restrooms and concessions with the stadium spectators with two jv locker/restrooms. One building consists of two varsity locker rooms with a weight room. One building is a free-standing storage building for field equipment. Plumbing: the plumbing scope consists of upgrades to existing utility infrastructure for domestic water and natural gas services, and sanitary and storm sewer for buildings a and b. The systems are designed to meet the 2023 kentucky plumbing code. Buildings a and b each have a separate gas-fired water heater and recirculation pump system to serve all fixtures. Mechanical: the hvac system for the project consists of two (2) 100% outside air energy recovery units for heating, cooling and ventilation for both building a and building b, and electric unit heaters for localized heating, and exhaust fans for mechanical ventilation of building c. The system design adheres to current ashrae codes and 2015 imc. Electrical: the electrical system for this project will include incoming utility infrastructure, power distribution, all power connections to equipment and general use devices. Complete interior and exterior lighting and controls to comply with current ashrae energy codes shall be provided. Systems shall include fire alarm, data communications, and security.
