Work includes boiler preventative maintenance and as needed repairs for the boilers: both boilers are dual fuel (natural gas or oil) fired burners producing steam heat. The boilers are stone johnson type ft scotch marine boilers installed in 1987. The boilers were manufactured by stone johnson and are rated at 8,625 lbs. /hr. The boilers are rated at 15 psi. Boilers nb and state numbers are: boiler #1 (nb7807, ia058534), boiler #2 (nb7806, ia053535); both boilers are dual fuel (natural gas or oil) fired burners producing steam heat. The boilers were installed in 2005 and are manufactured by burnham. The boilers are rated at 15 psi and at 6000 lbs. /hr. Boilers nb and state numbers are: boiler #1 (nb29029, ia089941), boiler #2 (nb29032, ia089942).
