Bobby Richardson Sports Complex Renovation

The City of Sumter, South Carolina (City) isrequesting qualified firmsto submit technical and fee proposals and to participate in a formal interview (if requested by the City), all as described herein, to further define the firm s qualifications to serve as a Construction Manager-At Risk (CM-R) for the City of Sumter Bobby Richardson Sports Complex Renovations (Project or project). The successful firm will be asked to provide preconstruction and construction management services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal.
