Blue Mountain University Natural Sciences / Nursing Building (Request For Qualification)

Provide construction management services for the new Allied Health and Sciences Building.

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) is soliciting qualifications from experienced general contractor firms to provide construction management services for a new Allied Health and Sciences Building on its Pine Bluff campus. The project is estimated at approximately $10–15 million and includes site/utility work, a small new parking lot, relocation of electrical lines, and pedestrian pathway improvements; firms must demonstrate GMP/fast-track experience, bonding capacity, and relevant project team experience. Statements of Qualification are due January 5, 2026 at 1:00 pm local time and must be submitted in hard copy (five copies) to UAPB and a digital copy emailed to the procurement official.

Provision of qualified professional firms to provide the city with on-call building repair and renovations services. Work includes, on-call services include repair, maintenance, and building interior and exterior modifications. Work generally includes painting, carpentry, demolition, drywall, concrete block, stucco, flooring, finishes, flashing, plumbing, restroom renovations, kitchen renovations and the ability to subcontract other work as required (including roofing, electrical, mechanical, etc.).
