Barrows Street Cottages - Finish Carpentry Work

The City of Lebanon, NH is soliciting proposals for comprehensive site preparation and development at 22 Barrows Street to support five modular cottages, including clearing, excavation, grading/compaction, utilities installation, erosion control, and construction of site access features. City staff will act as the general contractor, with work authorization pending City Council approval anticipated in January 2026.

The objectives in soliciting information are to promote the state parks mission, achieve proper balance of preservation and utilization of state parks properties while becoming more financially self-sustaining, and better serve the needs of citizens and of visitors to state through collaboration utilizing public private partnerships.
