The Auditing and Accounting Firm shall perform the duties of Auditor on behalf of the County Prosecutor's Office Law Enforcement Trust Fund as required by State law including, but not limited to, the following duties: A. Audit the statement of assets, liabilities, reserves and fund balance - regulatory basis, the related statement of operations and changes in fund balance - regulatory basis, the statement of cash flows – regulatory basis, and the related notes to the financial statements, which collectively comprise the basic financial statements, of the Prosecutor Trust Funds, in conformity with the regulatory basis of accounting prescribed by the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey, the Department of Treasury of the State of New Jersey, and the Division of Local Government Services, Department of Community Affairs, State of New Jersey, which is a comprehensive basis of accounting other than accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. B. Conduct the audit in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America, Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States and in compliance with audit requirements as prescribed by the Division of Local Government Services, Department of Community Affairs, State of New Jersey.

Provision of professional auditing services. Providing professional auditing services, including without limitation consultations with and advice to the borough council, preparation of the annual financial reports and audits for the borough, and review and analysis of municipal financings as needed. Respondents must demonstrate that they satisfy all professional requirements and will have the continuing capabilities to perform these services.
