Providing professional auditing services, including without limitation consultations with and advice to the borough council, preparation of the annual financial reports and audits for the borough, and review and analysis of municipal financings as needed. Respondents must demonstrate that they satisfy all professional requirements and will have the continuing capabilities to perform these services.
