Provide antimicrobial microtiter broth assays purchase for microbiology susceptibility tests. This contract is for reagents and/or consumables as part of a cost per test (CPT) agreement with equipment(analyzer/instrument) owned by vendor with any and/or all services to be included but not limited to performance and/or function ability, if acquired during the contract cycle. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office West (MRCO-W) issued this Sources Sought to identify potential sources able to provide instruments, reagents, and consumables for automated microbial identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing for the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) Microbiology Laboratory. The contractor must supply instruments (including automated sample prep and barcode integration), FDA-approved assays compatible with government-owned Vitek 2 XL and BACT/ALERT VIRTUO systems, and associated software/hardware that meet DoD information security and integration requirements. The base period of performance is 01 October 2026 through 30 September 2031 and responses are due by 2025-12-29 at 14:00 EST.
