Ancillary & Non-ancillary Services

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the responsibilities of the Firm in providing Ancillary and Non-Ancillary Services under the Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program (EISEP). These services are intended to support eligible seniors in maintaining independence, safety, and quality of life within their homes. Through the provision of approved ancillary equipment, home modifications, and related support, the Firm will assist the County in meeting the objectives of the New York State Office for the Aging (NYSOFA) as defined in NYSOFA 13-PI-26 (included as Attachment A to this RFP), ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, equitably, and in full compliance with program requirements. In addition, the Firm shall provide non-ancillary services that include, but is not limited to, the construction and installation of ramps, porch lifts, chair stair lifts, and other home modifications.
