Pension Payment Administration Services. The RFP is specifically for the administration of the monthly pension payments and does not include pension investment advisory services for the pension fund.

To provide cafeteria furniture for the nutrition services department. We need cafeteria seating for 400. We have 3 lunch period services, with options to eat outside.

Capital Metro Transit Authority

Building out a new administration facility. The next phase of this build-out of 1st generation space includes the partial renovation of Levels 1 and 2 of this 3-story building. This renovation is defined as Phases 1A & 2, totaling approximately 54,332 SF. These next 2 phases are currently in construction and will require furniture to furnish the floor for fully planned occupancy.
