3100 Administration Furniture

Building out a new administration facility. The next phase of this build-out of 1st generation space includes the partial renovation of Levels 1 and 2 of this 3-story building. This renovation is defined as Phases 1A & 2, totaling approximately 54,332 SF. These next 2 phases are currently in construction and will require furniture to furnish the floor for fully planned occupancy.
