Project consists of, but is not limited to, the remodeling and rehabilitation of property. The rehab includes finishing the basement including a laundry room, storage and a conference room. When rehab is complete, the apartment building will provide housing for people in recovery from opioid addiction through a recovery services provider. The scope of work is included in the contract drawings (along with value engineering for electrical, heating, fire suppression, interior doors, kitchen cabinets and other items). The scope of work includes correcting framing and other building code items from previous work.
