Replace the exterior siding on the public works building and salt shed.

The project includes removing existing asphalt shingles, roof underlayment, metal roof edge, deteriorated plywood sheathing, wood siding and sheathing, soffit and fascia, and gutters and downspouts. Then repair damaged sheathing, and install new roof underlayment, metal roof edge, architectural asphalt shingles, fiber cement siding, soffit, and fascia, and new gutters and downspouts. Lightning protection system shall be reinstalled in the existing locations.

Durham County Utilities Administration Building

Project consists of two, single-story buildings. The utility admin building 26,888 SF glulam structure with CMU exterior walls with face brick and metal wall panels, full fire protection and MEP. The second building is a warehouse, 9.145 SF steel-framed structure with CMU exterior walls with face brick and metal wall panels, full fire protection and MEP. Bid Packages to Prequalify includes epoxy, visual display security, access control, and, video, audio visual.
