Work include roadway excavation of the existing pavement, grinding existing concrete pavement, installation of new hot mix asphalt (hma), installation of new hma over a geosynthetic pavement interlayer. Other items include clearing and grubbing, removal of existing concrete items such as curb & gutter, sidewalk, construction of new concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, access ramps, decorative concrete, decorative pavers, storm drainage improvements, bioswales, street lighting improvements, street site furnishing, landscaping and irrigation improvements, pavement markings, pavement striping, bicycle facilities, bicycle markings and striping, adjustment of manholes and monuments and various appurtenances.
