The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) seeks to select one or more qualified consultants to form a technical assistance bench to provide Pavement Management System (PMS) services on an as-needed basis to Bay Area jurisdictions, including pavement inspections, StreetSaver maintenance, inventory audits, and project identification. Contracts are structured as one-year agreements with potential extensions through June 30, 2027, and proposers must meet StreetSaver experience and rater certification requirements.
