2025 Parking Lot Repaving Project *REBID*

Construction of (1) one Parking Lot that will include demolition; grading; erosion and sediment control; asphalt paving; concrete paving; Planting; Top Soiling and Seeding. The project also includes four alternates, one for paving an area behind the armory with reinforced concrete pavement, a second for removal of asphalt driveway off HWY 49 and replacing with reinforced concrete, a third for an ACF Grass Pave Parking Area or Approved Equal in POV Lot, and a fourth for removal of asphalt driveway off Old Road and replacing with reinforced concrete.
