112 N 2nd St Facade Removal and Lot Infill

Work includes approx. facade: deconstruction and removal of the existing building facade and supporting structure. Historic materials (brick, cornice, widow lintel, sill) shall be salvaged for potential future use. Site infill: the site behind the facade is to be cleaned up and filled in per the drawings (summarized below). Removal of miscellaneous concrete slabs. Chipping down of existing concrete foundation elements as noted in the drawings. Removal of undocumented fill, infill site with geofoam or controlled low-strength material, and capping of material with new concrete slab on grade.
