Youth Action Board Backbone Agency (RFP)

Qualified firms to serve as the youth action board backbone agency. The main objectives of the YAB are to advise the Owner and its programs on their ongoing commitment to meet the needs of youth and young adults experiencing housing instability and/or homelessness in state and ensure that CoC policies and practices are informed by the voices of young people with lived experience. The YAB focuses primarily on advising YHDP projects in state but will also advise other projects in the RICoC portfolio that serve young people.
