Work consists of install a new bifold partition wall on the existing above-ceiling structural support. A partial ceiling demo is required to access the ceiling systems for the bifold partition: repair patch and paint of ceiling and trade related damages. Furnish and install new casework. Provide new mechanical co2 sensors for dcv mode, a micro switch for averaging thermostats, and a new audio/visual technology system to support instruction.
