The project shall include, but is not limited to, remodeling three existing rooms (room numbers 321, 406, & 407) for temporary EHRM Classrooms (maybe used for other purposes in the future) and one existing office administration, room 414. All rooms are in Building 2. The renovation shall include demolition and remodel of all four rooms to replace: lay-in ceiling system, light fixtures, flooring, wall coverings, IT & electrical outlets. The renovation shall include indoor AC package units in rooms 321, 406, & 407, physical security assessment and upgrades and any hazardous material abatement based on site ACM report. Mechanical work shall involve minor work on the roof that shall involve new curbs and roof repair at the site of the mechanical work, and the installation of wall mounted louvers that shall require penetration and repair at exterior walls where they occur.

Provide all necessary tools, labor, materials, equipment, permits, license, supervision, and quality control for the ehrm infrastructure upgrades construction project. Work includes, but not limited to: upgrade the facility infrastructure to support the new electronic health record modernization (ehrm) system in accordance with va oehrm site infrastructure requirements (provided by vha).

DESIGN BUILD: Work includes all aspects of design and installation including, but not limited to ducted FCU or In-room unit sizing, selection, location and installation, connection to existing chilled water, electrical, building automation and other systems, relocation or rerouting of other building systems as necessary, firestopping or other similar work.
