Los Alamos County
Seeking a court case management software solution for use in the Municipal Court. The solution shall support case management and supervision management functions for the Court.
King County
Provide Matter Management System and Case Management System for the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office (PAO). Comprehensive Matter Management System and Case Management System (CMS), that incorporates records management, to meet the diverse needs of our legal team. The CMS shall transition Matter Management (process managing legal advice for internal customers such as type of legal work, attorneys and time tracking on the case, budgets, and invoices are gathered, track and reported throughout the matter lifecycle) from Word Documents to an effective and efficient Software as a Service (SaaS) (cloud) or Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solution. Case Management (internal process managing appointments and court dates, storing and organizing documents and discovery, managing client and witness communications, time tracking and billing and invoices) will transition from an antiquated system to a modern case management system.
Town of Lancaster
The Town of Lancaster requests the services of a qualified firm(s) to provide the Town with a municipal management system to assist in managing the Town's finances and payroll. Submittals should address the company's ability to work within the municipal environment. Successful proposals will be selected based on several evaluation factors: system quality and features, price, vendor's experience, technical training and support system, upgrade frequency, and vendor references. System must be compliant with IRS compensation and benefit reporting, State of New Hampshire Municipal Budget Law, and New Hampshire Retirement System reporting.
