WTP Library Conference Room and Mail Room Space Merger

Expand an existing conference room on the second level of the Water Treatment Plant to include the adjacent mail room and vestibule space; demolition of existing ceilings of all affected spaces, to be replaced with one uniform height; reconfiguration of existing mechanical and electrical systems; re-use existing shelving in conference room in new design; new carpet and paint to match materials used in the Administrative Building; reconfigure conference table, monitor, etc. within the newly defined room; coordination with IT department as needed;
