WSDOT Materials Lab Electrical Repair Services (RFQ)

Washington State Department of Transportation

Provide as-needed plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation services at the WSDOT Materials Lab Facility, including fixture replacement, piping modifications, leak repairs, and 24/7 emergency response capability.

Washington State Department of Transportation

Provide annual painting services for the WSDOT Materials Lab Facility, including surface preparation, priming, and painting.

Red Bank Housing Authority

Provide electrical services. Anticipated electrical services include but are not limited to the repair and/or replacement of (1) GFIs; (2) breakers/breaker panels; (3) exterior and interior light fixtures; (4) electrical wiring of outlets and switches; and (5) other electrical related repairs and/or replacements.
