Window Lintel Flashing, Shelf Angle Flashing and Masonry Control Joint Replacement - (RFB)

Remove face brick as required to remove deteriorated flashing at window lintels/shelf angles. Neutralize rust at exposed areas of lintels/shelf angles and provide new flashing/weep holes in the masonry wall and replace face brick. Rake deteriorated masonry control joints and prepare for new backer rod and caulk cover.
