Work includes interior grocery store finish out of 37,017 SF of an existing shell building including but not limited to the following: structural improvements, new slab, walls, ceilings, and finishes; installation of refrigerated cooler and freezer units; hvac distribution systems; electrical service and lighting systems; and installation of owner provided foodservice equipment and millwork.
