White Earth Water Treatment Facility

Construction of a new water treatment facility consisting of up-flow biological filtration, gravity filtration, and granulated activated carbon filtration. Installation of major process equipment including submersible well pumps, packaged filters, vertical turbine pumps, positive displacement blowers, chemical feed systems, and piping and valving systems. Construction of a new treatment building with buried concrete water tanks and site improvements. Installation of mechanical and electrical and control systems. Installation of a backup emergency generator. Installation of new raw watermains and street patching and paving. Demolition of the existing facility and site restoration.
