Work consists of Site Preparation and Demo: Remove asphalt pavements, remove concrete access road as shown on plans, remove litter barrier fence and barb wire fence as shown on plans. Relocate on-site metal welding shop. Erosion control. Earthwork. Subgrade Preparation: Grade and smooth roll subgrade to grades. Install landfill liner system as shown on plans: Install reinforced geosynthetic clay liner atop subgrade, install 60 mil HDPE liner (smooth/textured) atop GCL, install dual geonet/geotextile drainage composite layer atop HDPE. Install leachate collection system. Install geotextile fabric wrap, gravel drainage layer, polyethylene pipe, sump pump, pump control panel, and sump access structure. Construction material testing.
