Wenatchee Valley Technical Skills Center Modernization - Progressive Design-build Services (Request for Qualifications)

Modernize two existing buildings, A and B, on the WVTSC campus. Building A - Modernization & Expansion: 12,700 SF renovation to improve existing education and student spaces, 6,600 SF expansion to house new culinary arts and fire science classrooms, a certification lab, a fire science apparatus bay, and a conference center/student lounge. Building B - Structural & Accessibility Enhancements Installation of a primary stairway and elevator to improve mezzanine access and ADA compliance, Development of the 8,700-square-foot mezzanine to create new classrooms and restrooms, Expansion of parking facilities to support the Engineering, PLTW (Project Lead The Way), and Robotics programs.
